The location was central and next to a museum and a main street. I had a brand-new and beautifully maintained room with excellent amenities. the staff were all patient and caring.

This hotel is a decent place for a christmas in Beijing. The staff has always been friendly attentive. The venue serves lovely American breakfast with fresh juices and a massive spread of, for example. The location is fantastic, to times square area...

The location in a lively area was excellent and there were a big shopping mall and a main shopping street nearby. Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was 5 min away. The breakfast was delicious and awesome with chinese dishes, a massive spread, eggs cooked to order, and the team was caring and kept the space clean.

The room here had lovely decor, was well-maintained, and came with a bonus extra bed making it very comfortable.

The staff has always been fabulously helpful, and the facilities were really good.

I would have liked to use a swimming pool but it did not exist.

lot of construction noise around the hotel. House keeping is very poor, twice bathroom was not cleaned well, towels were missing and I had to ask for towels. service levels are poor.

The hotel is clean and modern. the rooms are quiet, luxurious, and comfortable, with a stand-alone tub and a free extra bed. the central location is great. I would definitely stay here again, in this nice area.

Certainly the best place to stay in Beijing!!! The hotel is beautiful, the location perfect, the staff very helpful and the room comfort maximum. A peaceful oasis in the middle of the crowd of Beijing.

The room was so amazing and spacious. We upgraded to the deluxe plus for 6 nights and it was worth the small cost increase. All hotel staff super helpful and friendly. Organised 2 evening shows for me (acrobatics and Kung Fu), packed up 2 large vases I bought and arranged the post office to collect, etc. Just luxury plus at a very reasonable price.
